Here is a link to to a kind of behind the scenes video on Brave Wilderness' visit to Japan that I acted as guide/production cooridinator for. Its a really wonderful video that promotes Dr. Okada and my Japanese giant salamander conservation programme. By the way, the first two videos have been seen by more than 3 million people already!!!

オオサンショウウオを関連付けた環境保全体験が出来るツアーを作るのをお手伝いしました。（オウサンショウウオって１.５mくらいになって、100年以上も生きるってご存知でした？）この度、世界中からのご予約を受けられることとなり、彼等の生存を助けながら、オウサンショウウオを見ることができるし、長年の夢が叶って、とても嬉しく思います。１８年９月には、YouTubeのスターであるコヨーテピーターソンがオオサンショウウオや鳥取の豊かな自然を撮影しにやってきました。1400万人のチャンネル登録者がおり、4000万回再生回数がある動画もあります。そんな彼は鳥取を本当に魅力的に世界中に紹介してくれました。今日、ついにそのオウサンショウウオの動画をリリースしました。そして彼らにとっては初となる、日本語字幕も付いています！その動画はすごく綺麗だし、地域の特徴や岡田先生の重要な活動をうまく取り上げてくれました。ぜひ、この動画をシェアして、たくさんの人に鳥取のことを知ってもらって、鳥取の人たちもこの素晴らしい自然を誇りに思いましょう！ありがとうございました！ Åt the request of the Ministry of Environment, I was asked to help them create an eco-tour/conservation experience involving the amazing Japanese giant salamander. (Did you know they can grow up to 1.5 metres (5ft) in length and live for more than 100 years?!). In September, the YouTube superstar、 Coyote Peterson came to Tottori to film the salamanders and made several videos about the fascinating wildlife of Tottori. With 14 million subscribers to his channel and with more than 40 million views to some of his uploads, he is doing an amazing job of introducing Tottori to the world. Today they have finally released the first of three videos about the Japanese giant salamanders !!! It also has Japanese subtitles, which is a first for them!! The video really is beautiful and highlights the many wonders of the region and the important work of Dr. Okada. Please share the video with so that more people can know about Tottori and hopefully those living in it can feel pride in their surroundings! Thank you so much!
